Salesforce Architect

Job description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to address our current pain points in our Salesforce environment and Revenue Operations (RevOps) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce integrations, architecture, and governance, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership in designing and implementing solutions, as well as establishing governance frameworks and change advisory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address pain points in the Salesforce environment and RevOps tools and integration architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide hands-on leadership in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations and enhancements.
• Establish governance frameworks, validation processes, and change advisory boards to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with the Salesforce and NetSuite teams to streamline processes and ensure data integrity.
• Manage a team of contractors and analysts to prioritize and execute on business requests and projects.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating communication and managing expectations.
• Develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and technical solutions.
• Stay abreast of Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on architecture, integrations, and governance.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and middleware platforms (e.g., Caligo).
• Strong understanding of RevOps tools and technologies
• Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Hands-on experience writing code, handling integrations, and performing validation. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite integration and administration is a plus
