Description

Responsibilities:

  • Team orientation, motivation, and alignment toward project goals.
  • Build strong demo capabilities and perform demos for the customers.
  • Change Management Support to the project including sharing best practices
  • Timely escalation of project risks and resolution with the help of management teams
  • Preparing the functional design document.
  • Preparing the requirement document and taking the Sign Offs.
  • Helping in UAT and Test Case Review.
  • Discussing and explaining the requirements to technical team members.

 

Qualification

  • Expert in Salesforce CRM –Service Cloud and Sales Cloud and strong experience in Salesforce CPQ
  • 8+ Years of working experience and hands-on knowledge in deploying Service Cloud, Knowledge  
  • At least 2 to 3 full lifecycles of Implementation Experience.
  • Strong experience in approval principles, work processes, and security controls pertaining to Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms.
  • MBA degree is preferable
