Description

Responsibilities:

Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams to implement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
Participate in the design and development of Salesforce solutions including configuration and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
Ensure the highest level of data quality and data integrity across Salesforce Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
Work with end-users to train and support Salesforce applications.
Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
5 to 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce standard and custom objects, process automation options, reports and dashboards, lightning framework, record types, etc.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration including modifying page layouts, customizing user interfaces, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, and/or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant is a plus.

ANY GRADUATE
