• Certified SF Admin
• 8+ years in Salesforce
• 5+ years Experience of Service Cloud in a Call Center environment is essential
• 6+ years experience as a Business Analyst
• Agile/Scrum experience as a Admin role
• Knows how to write strong User Stories
• Great communication skills with Business and Developers
• Experience deploying with VS Code
• Strong Experience building Flows
  
   

Preferred

 

• 1 past Health Cloud project - not just worked on it but actually configured aspects of Health Cloud
• Certified Advanced Admin
• Has built at least basic LWCs
