Salesforce Cloud Architect

o Lead and/or contribute to all technical aspects of the Salesforce implementation on Service and Manufacturing Cloud
o Ability to identify key Manufacturing Cloud capabilities to solve business problems.
o Contribute and provide oversight to the design, configuration, development, and deployment of Salesforce system features meeting the business requirements.
o Conduct technical analysis as needed, to provide right design solutions leveraging OOB capabilities and minimal customizations.
o Ensure that the project implementation team delivers to the agreed business requirements, and other non-functional requirements, by closely coordinating with the project implementation team (onshore and offshore) in support of development and other technical activities
o Help develop Salesforce Administration work practices and user guides, to maintain and support the applications post go-live.
o Can lead client calls and manage requirements.
o Can document requirements, create process flows and create detailed Jira tickets.
o Own backlog and effectively work with product owner to define scope of sprints as well as future road map.
o Work closely with other multiple teams for design and E2E implementation.
o Can do SF configurations like PBs, flows, email alerts, security config, etc
