Salesforce Consultant (Developer / Admin)

• Experience as a software developer/engineer on multiple lifecycle implementations of ERP IT applications.
• Experience in Salesforce, Apex, or JavaScript.
• Experience in Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, Lightning pages, Apex, reports, workflows, and assignment rules) .
• Experience in developing software solutions using Salesforce.
com API framework, and 3rd party APIs.
• Understanding of and detailed experience with salesforce.
com architecture and API.
• Experience in developing test scenarios and test scripts, performing unit and system testing, and documenting results.
• Experience with highly complex application security requirements as well as experience designing and supporting systems adhering to information protection and security standards.
• Experience in Agile using Scrum methodologies.
• Experience building Communities.
• Experience with serving in a senior development position on at least one full lifecycle implementation of Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Maps.
• Experience in providing consultation in a mentoring role to other technical resources.
• Experience in collaborating effectively on diverse teams (eg. portfolio/project managers, domain experts, users, and software engineering team) to design and deploy business information systems across an enterprise.
• Experience in establishing, documenting, and communicating standards, best practices, fixes, and providing system direction & recommendations.
• Experience in working with and communicating effectively across multiple technical groups (including working with subject-matter-experts and other business resources).
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including TEAMs, Microsoft Project, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, and customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
• Create and maintain daily and weekly reports for all departments.
• Analyze information to determine how we can better leverage our database.
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, such as training guides for end-users.
• Stay up-to-date on Salesforce release to inform the team of new changes.
• Handle numerous projects using development and organizational skills to ensure the quality delivery of Enterprise Solutions.
• Must be willing to travel to unanticipated Client locations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience required.
