Description :

·         Need of a Salesforce Consultant with deep experience across both Sales and Service Cloud to join their team and assist in the clean up of their Sales Cloud environment as they prepare to go live with Service Cloud and scale from $100 million in sales toward their goal of $500 million+. 

·         Ideally they need someone who has successfully navigated that type of growth trajectory In a smaller agile IT environment. 

·         Our client has been live on Salesforce for a considerable amount of time and during that time SFDC has moved through several iterations of change. 

·         Their environment is more process oriented now, and all of the change to get to this point has left a considerable amount of tech debt (or config debt, to be more specific).  Their environment needs to be optimized. 

·         Additionally, having moved to Service Cloud, all support now exists in Salesforce.  That environment is shiny, clean, and new and our client wants Sales Cloud to be cleaned up to match so they can go live in a clean and fresh environment. 

·         Our client would like this consultant to help optimize their sales processes in Sales Cloud, and then move into plans for configuring future state. 

·         Experience working in a Zendesk -> Service Cloud environment is a major plus here. 

·         Experience working in both a small IT org, as well as a larger silo’d org is a must.
