JOB DESCRIPTION                                                       

Job Responsibilities:

•           Analytics Development: Develop analytics solutions using Einstein Analytics (formerly known as Wave Analytics), or Tableau CRM. Also exposure to Salesforce's native analytics tools, such as Salesforce Reports and Dashboards,

•           Prior experience in creating custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide insights and support data-driven decision making

•           Data Integration: Experience working with data sources, such as Salesforce data, SAP Data, external databases, and third-party systems, to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into the analytics environment

•           Data Modeling: Implement data models that support the analytics requirements of the organization

Technical Skills: 

A deep understanding of Salesforce CRM and Einstein Analytics (formerly known as Wave Analytics), Experience with data integration tools (Eg: Dell Boomi or similar), exposure to ETL tools and Data Warehouse (Snowflake)

Excellent communication skills required.
