Responsibilities
At least 2 - 5 End to End implementation Experience
One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud), multiple certifications highly preferred
Design, Architect and develop solutions to business requirements using Salesforce and Force.com platform capabilities
Fluent in Salesforce Lightning. Extensive experience developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components in Java Script within the Aura framework
Recommend alternate approaches, define technical impacts, and provide sizing estimates
Create technical designs for new functionality
Good knowledge of Salesforce Configuration functionalities (Like approval processes, Workflows, Validation Rule, Process Builder, Flows, Communities & Analytics
Develop product capabilities using Force.com, APEX, Visualforce, Web services and other technologies
Experience developing Visualforce pages, Visualforce components and Customer Controllers.
Fluent in Apex. Extensive experience developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers
Should have Integration Experience (MUST)
In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles / Roles and Sharing Rules , Validation Rules , Tasks , Workflow rules , Triggers , Process Builder etc.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new product functionality
Analyze and mitigate bugs and issues identified during testing
Solid knowledge of salesforce.com governor limits
Collaborate with team members on new feature technical design, technical requirements, limitations, and implementation.
Follow an iterative software development methodology and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support.
Good Experience with Data migration/Data loader/Code Migration
