Salesforce Data Architect

Job Description:
The Salesforce Data Architect Reporting is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data architecture and reporting solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility while delivering actionable insights to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
1.           Data Architecture Design:
•            Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce data architecture and reporting solutions.
•            Design and maintain data models, objects, and relationships in Salesforce to support reporting needs.
•            Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
2.           Data Integration:
•            Configure and manage data integration between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, data warehouses).
•            Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to synchronize data and maintain data quality.
3.           Report and Dashboard Development:
•            Create and customize reports and dashboards in Salesforce to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
•            Develop and maintain real-time and scheduled reports to support business processes.
4.           Data Quality and Governance:
•            Establish and enforce data quality standards, data validation rules, and data governance policies.
•            Monitor data quality and implement data cleansing and enrichment processes as needed.
5.           Performance Optimization:
•            Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in data queries and reporting.
•            Optimize data storage and indexing to ensure efficient data retrieval.
