Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in implementing and optimizing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
 

Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce Data Cloud platform

Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Create and manage Data Cloud assets, including data models, datasets, and integrations with other Salesforce and third-party applications

Optimize Data Cloud configurations to enhance performance, data accuracy, and user experience

Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with various data sources and external systems

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Data Cloud issues

Stay updated on the latest Data Cloud features, tools, and best practices

Knowledge of DataBricks is desirable

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components

5+ years of Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly known as Salesforce DMP) and related technologies such as Audience Studio, Data Studio, or Data Manager

Knowledge of Salesforce integration techniques and third-party integrations

Understanding of data governance and data privacy practices

Experience with Salesforce development and customization using declarative tools

Experience with Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer I or Salesforce Data Architecture and Management Designer) is a plus

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
