Job Description:

Responsibilities 

 1. Data Management: 

  •  Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data in Salesforce. 
  •  Perform data imports, exports, and data cleansing as necessary. 
  •  Maintain data hygiene through regular deduplication and data validation activities. 

 2. Data Quality Control: 

  •  Create and enforce data quality standards and best practices. 
  •  Monitor data integrity and resolve data quality issues promptly. 
  •  Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies. 

 3. Data Reporting and Analysis: 

  •  Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into Salesforce data. 
  •  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide data analysis to support decision-making. 

 4. User Training and Support: 

  •  Train Salesforce users on data entry best practices. o Provide support to users encountering data-related issues. 
  •  Document and maintain data-related procedures and guidelines. 

 5. Integration and Automation: 

  •  Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data integration with other systems. 
  •  Identify opportunities to automate data processes to enhance efficiency.

 6. Documentation: 

  •  Maintain detailed documentation of data structures, processes, and changes. 
  •  Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates and recommend improvements to data management. 

 Qualifications: 

  •  Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 
  •  Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Data Specialist certification is a plus. 
  •  Proven experience with Salesforce data management and data quality control. 
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams. 
  •  Proficiency in using data tools and reporting within Salesforce. 
  •  Knowledge of data import/export tools and processes. 
  •  Understanding of data security and compliance requirements. 

 Preferred Skills: 

  •  Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience. 
  •  Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder and Flow. 
  •  Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes. 
  •  Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Apex, Python) for data manipulation
