Use of JIRA for project management
Ability to create and execute a regression testing suite
Ability to lead under pressure in a calm and thoughtful manner
Must possess high level of emotional intelligence (EQ)
Must be highly competent individual who can think both strategically and tactically in numerous situations and is capable of toggling between the two seamlessly
Must have exceptional communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, presentation) and time management skills (e.g., ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines)

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Must have experience testing applications
Must have experience with Service Clouds, Partner, and Customer Communities
Must have experience with Salesforce Health Cloud Application
Change Management experience with a SaaS application using agile approach
Software development lifecycle experience (agile preferred)
