Education and Experience »
Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.
Integration Experience: Experience with integrations involving Salesforce, REST APIs, Connected Apps, and OAuth Flows.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, triggers, Salesforce objects, security model. Proficiency in Lightning, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
Workflow and Automation: Proficiency in Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Visual Flows. Experience with Salesforce Content Management (Content Version, Document, Distribution).
Additional Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (JavaScript being a plus). Proficiency in a modern object-oriented language (preferably Java).
Testing and Automation: Experience with destructive testing methodologies and tools.
Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and associated automation patterns.
Design and Development: Exposure to application of design patterns. Experience with CI/CD tools like Flosum, AutoRabbit, Ant is advantageous.
