Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud.
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of our clients. You will work closely with other developers, administrators, and business teams to ensure high-quality and efficient solutions are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Work with Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, designing, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Salesforce applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other applications and services.
• Ensure that all Salesforce development is in compliance with best practices, security guidelines, and Salesforce standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and strong hands-on experience in building modern, dynamic user interfaces.
• Experience working with any of the following Salesforce Clouds:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Community Cloud
  • Financial Services Cloud
• Strong experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce DX.
• Proficient with Salesforce integration techniques and tools (e.g., REST, SOAP APIs).
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security models, data models, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and best practices for building UI components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug Apex and LWC components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education Requirements:

• Full-time technical education in one of the following:
  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech).
  • Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
  • Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) or Master of Computer Science (MCS).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I, II).
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in Salesforce AppExchange integrations or third-party application integrations.
