Very strong development experience with lightning framework and hands on development
Hands on experience with Apex development
Hands on experience with declarative features like Flow, workflow, approval process, page layouts etc
Hands on experience with salesforce security model - Profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules etc
Hands on experience with REST API integrations
Experience with Sales cloud features, processes, lead management, product management etc
Experience with any integration tools like Mulesoft is a plus
Must have certifications in PD1 and PD2
Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills, client facing skills
Strong problem solving skills, ability to think multiple solutions/option
