Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:
 

• Analyze the data dictionary based on the platform needs and create the metadata template.
• Work on service cloud, Design and develop Apex Triggers.
• Configure salesforce using complex apex classes.
• Work on salesforce UI, Develop visualforce pages and controllers.
• Integrate salesforce with third party applications using REST API
• Work on service cloud back office case management like entitlements and milestones.
• Create and develop custom objects, custom fields an per business requirement.
• Conducting meetings with the business teams to guide them in ingesting data into the big data platform.
• Perform data quality checks on the feeds in analytical database.
• Execute SQL queries on Teradata to query American express database for analysis.

Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
