Salesforce Developer

Job Description: Responsibilities Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform/clouds Leads technical design sessions in partnership with Salesforce Administrators to develop the best technical solution aligned with the business objectives Develops, tests, implements, and manages development and integrations on the Salesforce platform. Identifies deliverables, milestones, and tasks to deliver new and maintain existing capabilities. Ensures capabilities are aligned with business goals and objectives. Partners with on and off-shore team members to ensure intra- and cross-system collaboration Addresses technical issues in a timely manner to meet uptime and business SLAs Follows code standards and conducts code reviews Achieves and maintains Salesforce product certifications and stays up to date on new or changing Salesforce features to successfully advise business of best practices for platform optimization Mentors/coaches and upskills junior Salesforce developers on the team Qualifications Salesforce development skills and experience on: Salesforce Platform, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, CSS, Apex, Lightning Web Components and VisualForce, Copado devops and testing tool. Salesforce administration skills and experience required. Boomi integration experience desired.
