- **🔧 Develop, configure, and customize** Salesforce solutions for the nCino platform.
- **🤝 Collaborate** with product managers to deliver on business needs.
- **🛠️ Design, develop, test, and deploy** high-quality solutions on nCino.
- **💼 Leverage Salesforce** to meet complex financial services requirements.
- **🛠️ Troubleshoot and fix issues** within the Salesforce platform.
- **📅 Manage multiple projects** while ensuring high-quality delivery.
- **📈 Identify opportunities** to improve system performance and availability.
- **🛠️ Recommend best practices** and 3rd party integrations.
- **📝 Document solutions** and participate in code reviews.

### **🔍 Required Skills:**

- **🔥 Strong Salesforce skills:** Apex, SOQL, Visualforce.
- **⚙️ Experience with nCino:** including batch/schedule Apex and production support.
- **🎓 Bachelor's degree and Salesforce certification** required.
- **🛠️ nCino, Service Oriented Architecture, and AppExchange** experience is a plus.
- **🌟 For experienced developers:** **5+ years using Salesforce tools**, **3+ years with nCino**, and experience with **Service Oriented Architecture and AppExchange** preferred.
- **📜 Advanced Salesforce certifications** are a plus.
