Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer/Admin with strong API development experience and a background in the field service industry to join our team on a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, integrating third-party applications, and developing robust APIs to enhance our business processes. Additionally, the candidate will play a crucial role in refactoring existing flows and email alerts to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, and workflows.
• Design and implement APIs to integrate Salesforce with external systems.
• Perform data migration and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Refactor existing flows and email alerts to streamline processes and enhance functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Provide training and support to end-users.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer/Admin.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with API development and integration (REST/SOAP).
• Proficiency in data migration and data management within Salesforce.
• Demonstrated experience in the field service industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
