PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, Develop and implement solutions within the salesforce platform
Perform the stability check and validate functionality of the application
Provide technical support activities that includes handling day to day incidents, development of
enhancements, installations, deployments, perform validations post upgrades/patches, coordinate with
other internal teams for troubleshooting.
Perform complex diagnosis of problems, provide solutions, coordinate and implement fixes for incidents
Or enhancements.
Responsible for addressing critical issues as necessary.
Collaborate with scrum teams to understand business requirements and perform technical changes to
Support issues/enhancements.
Coordinate with Offshore team and ensure to establish a proper handshake
Provide primary support of the Salesforce application and being primary contact for any production
support activities
Hands on SQL and Oracle knowledge is nice to have skill
Salesforce, SQL, Oracle, ETL
KEY SKILLS:
Must have excellent written and verbal skills and be able to communicate and work with all levels within
the organization.
Must be able to coordinate and facilitate technical meetings with multiple stakeholders.
Must be a self-starter, maintain a skill set and become proficient in new technologies, processes and skills.
Must have extensive experience with Salesforce and SQL Server technologies.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:
At Least 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development
4+ years of experience providing production support for CRM applications
Good knowledge of SQL Server and Stored Procedures
Good understanding of Web services.
