Job Description

Looking for Salesforce Developer to work with us to ensure that they experience ongoing success in Salesforce Core areas, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Custom Development, Integrations. Will work with the functional and technical leads to ensure that functional and technical specifications adhere to business requirements, the proposed platform architecture and technical design. Will work with project teams to ensure that business requirements are satisfied and implemented, and that the solution is in line with current and future client strategic goals and best practices. You will advise and develop or refine methods to improve and optimize functional and technical solutions.

Skill Set

A proven Salesforce professional with multiple full lifecycle Salesforce implementations and have 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce.

Strong experience in Salesforce development - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud.

Strong experience on Salesforce platform and integrations with other systems.

Experience in Apex, Lightning Aura, and Lightning Web Components development, Flows and Triggers.

Strong knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM Processes.

Conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.

Communicate with architects, and other consultants and developers to design cohesive development strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.

Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing requirements.

Implement Salesforce platform best practices.

Able to troubleshoot and perform configuration and customizations.

Highly collaborative and with the ability to lead by influence.

Highly self-motivated, energetic, and passionate team-oriented individual.

Strong communication capabilities internally and externally. Including leading client meetings, doing presentations and demos of solutions.

Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer and SF Admin Certified.
