Develop and support/manage the MarTech stack to support omnichannel marketing campaignsOversee the data flow between platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations Translate business requirements user stories into technical requirements to inform development of MarTech Salesforce integrations, field mappings and data models. Define, manage, and coordinate execution of all technical tests across MarTech applications Identify, analyze, and address any bugs or issues identified as they relate to the integration between MarTech apps and Salesforce. Work with partners and vendors for implementation and resolve technical issues to coordinate resolution Review and validate Snowflake <-> MarTech app data syncs and transformations are configured as expected and align to defined requirements and use cases Proficient in integrating and customizing CDPs to consolidate customer data across various touchpoints, enabling a unified customer view. Skilled in leveraging CDPs for personalized marketing campaigns and improving customer experiences Design and Implement Lead scoring and Nurturing Solutions and integrate leads with engagement
