Design and Development: Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Lightning Web Components and other custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
Customization: Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and other Salesforce technologies.
Best Practices: Follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards, including code reviews and maintaining documentation.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. Perform debugging and ensure the quality of code and applications.
Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and new features, and leverage them to improve the platform's performance and capabilities.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and assist in their skill development.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Lightning Web Components.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs (REST, SOAP).
Familiarity with Salesforce DX and modern development practices.
Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II is preferred.
