  • Minimum 5-6 years of Salesforce development experience
  • Experienced with APEX, Lightning slow and LWS (Lightning web component)
  • Good knowledge of apex classes, apex triggers, batch processes (Advance Apex), etc.
  • Good knowledge of SOQL and SOSL queries
  • Proficiency with RESTful web services design and documentation
  • Desirable to have Platform Developer I certification and Platform Developer II certification
  • Experience in Service, Sales, Marketing & Health cloud implementations
  • Quality Management (QMS) knowledge under healthcare domain
  • Proficiency with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
  • DevOps/Release management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication

Roles & Responsibilities

Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, the duties and responsibilities for this position are:

  • Effectively collaborate with business consultants, project team and client resources to determine technical and functional requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues around design thinking, to bring the customer to the heart of development to deliver great user experience
  • Contribute to the design and development of Apex triggers, Lightning Component Framework apps, visual force/lightning pages and API based integrations.
  • Effectively support Technical Process Review sessions and technical UAT’s
  • Support data migration and integration activities as required
  • Co-ordination of team activities in line with departmental objectives and project goals
  • Supervision and development of staff reporting to them in line with departmental and project goals.

Can Lead and Manage Team at onsite/offshore
