Must have solid experience with Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Lightning, configuring Salesforce, Scripting in Salesforce, development experience in either Java OR Python, Jenkins or any CI/CD tool, etc. This is a pure development role with some Salesforce integration and some administration.
Must have Salesforce development certification. The more the Salesforce certifications, the better.
The candidate must have a development background. Should have a solid foundation in OOP (Object Oriented Programming) in Java OR Python. The Client is explicitly looking for a Salesforce developer and not a Salesforce administrator.
Nice to have experience in Python development.
Must Haves: 5+ years of hands on Salesforce development experience with a Salesforce Developer certification.

Qualifications:
5 – 7 years developing in the salesforce platform.
Bachelor's degree or similar in Information Technology/Computer science, Preference for an advanced degree.
Knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions in salesforce along with integrating salesforce to other platforms.
Salesforce Developer Certified (advance certifications preferred).
CI/CD knowledge - Jenkins or similar tools.
Advanced proficiency with multiple programming languages.
Clear understanding of software development methodologies.
Good communication skills.
Master’s degree in information technology/equivalent.
Understanding of salesforce integrations.
Worked in a scaled agile environment.
