Salesforce Developer

Job Description:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Perform data migration, integration, and management tasks within the Salesforce ecosystem

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of Salesforce customizations, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations

• Maintain documentation and adhere to coding standards and best practices

Qualifications:

• Up to 3 years of experience in Salesforce development preferably with public sector clients

• Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred)

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including data models, workflows, and security models

• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL

• Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle and source control management tools (e.g., Git)

• Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and documentation skills
