Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, data modeling, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment tools, such as Salesforce DX, Gearset, or Prodly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Highly Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a SCRUM environment.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Experience in a SaaS startup environment, with a focus on scalable solutions and compliance.
