Salesforce Developer with Business Resiliency Experience

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce/Fusion Risk Management solutions that support Business Resiliency initiatives, including but not limited to disaster recovery, crisis management, and business continuity

Collaborate with Business Resiliency team and others to gather requirements and understand their needs, and translate them into technical specifications and Salesforce/Fusion Risk Managementsolutions

Customize and configure Salesforce/Fusion Risk Management platform to meet Business Resiliency requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, automations and reports

Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce/Fusion Risk Management and other systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless data flow

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Resiliency, IT, and security, to ensure alignment and integration of Salesforce/Fusion Risk Management solutions with overall Business Resiliency strategy

Provide technical expertise and guidance to Business Resiliency team, helping them leverage Salesforce/Fusion Risk Management capabilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Stay up-to-date with Salesforce/Fusion Risk Management best practices, new features, and industry trends, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance Business Resiliency through Salesforce/Fusion Risk Management innovations
