Salesforce Developer with LWC

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning Experience.
Lead and participate in complex Salesforce projects, providing technical guidance and best practices to the development team.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.
Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business needs while ensuring high performance and security.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems through APIs, middleware, and web services.
Mentor and train junior developers, sharing expertise and fostering best practices within the team.
Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay current with Salesforce updates, trends, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance the Salesforce platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Extensive experience with Salesforce platform features, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, and Salesforce integrations.
Proficiency with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.
Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce Developer and/or Salesforce Architect certifications are highly preferred
