· Deep technical expertise on Salesforce.com including custom objects, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, CLM presentations, sampling and Insights.

· Lead external technical resources as part of the Salesforce platform.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
· Participate in requirement gathering efforts to provide feedback on technical feasibility and viability in addition to best practices for Salesforce.
· Ability to develop solutions to complex problems that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovation within the boundaries of industry compliance regulation.
· Develop the necessary documentation for IT solutions projects (e.g. technical requirements, data flow diagrams).

Required:
· Relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, MIS, Life Sciences, Business; or equivalent experience.
· A minimum of 2 years relevant administrative and technical configuration experience with Salesforce.com
· Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment.
Preferred:
· Specific industry experience in Life Sciences or regulated industries, especially in the areas of Sales Operations and Data Management.
· Certifications in Salesforce.com
· Strong business acumen to understand functional business processes.
· Excellent analytical skills.
· Demonstrated ability/experience in thinking strategically but have the ability to get into details and is detail-oriented.
· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities.
