  • Overall Purpose Oversees one or more Salesforce engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, documenting, testing, deploying, and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Mentors and coaches team members, collaborates with other engineering managers and stakeholders, and ensures the quality, security, and performance of delivered Salesforce solutions.

MUST HAVE SKILLSETS

  • Salesforce  Experience Cloud Service Cloud/Case Management  working within Fintech dealing with secuity and controls and resik mangament/regulatory compliance
  • Essential Functions Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, using best practices and industry standards.
  • Oversee code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
  • Ensure compliance with internally defined and industry-standard security, governance, and performance guidelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and feedback to team members, and foster a culture of inclusion, learning and innovation.
  • Collaborate with other engineering managers, product managers, business analysts, and end users to deliver high-value solutions to our customers, consumers, and users.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem and evaluate new tools and frameworks for future adoption.
  • Supports the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
