Role Overview:
As the Salesforce Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. You will represent our organization with business stakeholders, ensuring technical excellence and effective communication. Your leadership will guide cross-departmental collaboration and drive the successful execution of Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities:
•            Technical Leadership, showcase delivery excellence with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud. Demonstrate hands-on expertise in Salesforce technologies and ensure the technical quality of solutions.
•            Communication & Presentation, exhibit excellent presentation and communication skills while representing the organization with business stakeholders. Articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
•            Management & Collaboration, manage multiple teams (onsite and offshore), ensuring efficient delivery and alignment with business goals. Build and nurture relationships with cross-departmental teams, Product Owners, and Managers.
•            Salesforce Expertise, utilize and optimize Salesforce out-of-the-box functionalities, including Lightning Web Components, App Exchange, and standard reports and dashboards. Minimize customization while enhancing security and increasing out-of-the-box functionality.

Technical Skills:
•            Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
•            Proficiency in leveraging Salesforce’s App Exchange and external APIs.
•            Experience with Salesforce CRMA (Customer Relationship Management Analytics) and deployment processes.
•            Review code, approve pull requests (PRs), deploy code to higher environments, and troubleshoot deployment issues
