Your responsibilities in this role will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and configure FSL settings. 
Configure and manage work orders, service appointments, and dispatcher consoles.
Create and manage user profiles, permissions, roles and roles hierarchy.
Configure and setup scheduling policies and optimize for efficient resource allocation.
Configure and manage Salesforce Field Service Mobile App
Ensure seamless integration with mobile devices by adopting leading practices.
Manage data integrity within Salesforce eco-system to support FSL touchpoints.
Develop and create customized reports and dashboards Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality. 
Configure and manage work orders, service appointments, and dispatcher consoles for optimal workflow management.
Experience with technologies integral to Salesforce including HTML/XHTML, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL, SOAP, REST, JSON, Apex, SOQL and Triggers. 
Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to the production environment and address issues related to functionality, integration, etc. 
Experience in troubleshooting and working with end-users to ensure that applications meet the requirements.
Customize service territories and work types.
Setup maintenance plans and service contracts
Responsible for custom development using Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, custom objects, and fields, automating FSL workflows and approval processes.
Integrate FSL solution / build with the connected systems including data export/import, and APIs for data exchange.
Customize page layouts, record types, and user interfaces. Implement custom validation rules and formula fields. 
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
5 years of Salesforce FSL experience in a customer facing, requirements gathering, solution, admin, and development
Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Service and Salesforce FSL Plus any two of the following: Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Revenue Cloud Consultant, AI Data Cloud Consultant
Should be open for coordinating with offshore delivery, business and IT stakeholders.
