Description

1. Salesforce Development Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms.
- Hands-on experience with APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

2. Integration Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce-to-telephony integration and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration).
- Proficiency in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.
3. UI/UX Development:
- Skills in building user-friendly interfaces using LWC and other Salesforce UI frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement seamless user experiences.
4. Configuration and Customization:
- Knowledge of Salesforce Knowledge Base, Workflow Rules, Communities, and Service Cloud Voice.
- Expertise in custom solutions using APEX triggers, Batch processes, and DataRaptors.
5. Development Tools and Practices:
- Proficiency in Developer Console, Workbench, and GitHub for version control.
- Experience with environment setup, DevOps strategies, and governance processes.
6. Leadership and Collaboration:
- Strong technical leadership with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
- Experience working with blended business and IT development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
7. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:
- Analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
8. Certifications:
- Salesforce Advanced Developer or Platform Developer certifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
