Salesforce Integration Engineer

Job Description:

Responsible for all activities associated with the administration of either mainframe or distributed computerized databases. Designs, implements, maintains and monitors databases. Develops, documents and implements guidelines, standards and procedures, maintenance of database dictionaries, and integration of systems through database design.

We are currently seeking a self-driven, versatile Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will provide pivotal leadership in the development and support of our Salesforce CRM platform.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, facilitating knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.

Analyze and understand business requirements to develop effective Salesforce and middleware integration solutions.

Manage complete lifecycle of the Salesforce systems - from design, coding, testing to debugging and documentation.

Monitor system integrations regularly to ensure their robustness and optimal performance.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, Project Managers, and Operations.

Stay current with the latest advancements in Salesforce integrations and middleware technologies, and implement these learnings when appropriate.

Lead the execution of large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to timeline and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and middleware integrations.

Hold Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Integration Architecture Designer, or equivalent.

Proven experience in leading technical teams.

Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture, API services, and system integrations.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills:

Expertise in middleware technologies and integration tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Dell Boomi, and others.

Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations with middleware systems using web services, REST API, and/or SOAP API.

Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus.

Able to learn new technologies rapidly and implement them in the system as required.
