As a Salesforce Martech Architect, you will be responsible for

  • Architect and design scalable and effective Salesforce Marketing stack solution following Salesforce recommendation and industry best practices to meet business objectives, Data requirement and marketing automation requirements.
  • Build Solution blueprint highlighting details of each module of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Solution
  • Consent & preference management and PII data handling- privacy by design solution understanding
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the CDP and SFMC team, ensuring best practices and adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and effective Data and marketing solutions within the Salesforce Data and Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Data and marketing Cloud components, including Data Ingestion, Cleansing, Validation, transformation, Data Mapping, Identity Resolution, Insight building, Segmentation, Activation and reporting as well as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Reporting, Ad studio and other related marketing modules.
  • Ability to build custom module in both data and marketing cloud solution
  • Implement and optimize Data ingestion, transformation, data modelling using CIM, unification, segmentation and reporting following best practices
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows and journeys.
  • Build engagement campaigns, including email templates, Cloud Pages, Dynamic Content block, web page, delivery rules etc and Interaction Studio content insertions
  • Design & develop custom solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, and other scripting languages within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand integration landscape, customer data platform, outbound marketing and customer journey.
  • Design and implement effective data models within Martech solution
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Data and Marketing Cloud capacity planning.
  • Design and implement data governance and quality measures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Web sitemap and SDK development to support capturing customer engagements in Interaction Studio or CDP
  • Stay updated with Salesforce Data and Marketing Cloud updates and industry best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce Data and Marketing Cloud solutions, addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams on the overall martech solution.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Preferably management degree in Digital Marketing
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Martech Lead or Architect with a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation concepts and best practices
  • Ability to architect and design Salesforce MarTech solution following Salesforce recommendation and industry best practices
  • Ability to create Solution blueprint highlighting details of each module of Salesforce Data Cloud Solution
  • Ability to provide design for Consent & preference management and PII data handling- privacy by design solution understanding
  • Deep, hands-on technical understanding of Marketing Data architecture, integration and automation capabilities
  • Hands-on development experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce Data and Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms.
  • Understanding of web / front-end development languages and principals
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions with clients
  • Willingness to learn and certify on various Salesforce technologies to support the Connected Ecosystem vision
  • Related Salesforce Certifications and/or Accreditations
