Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect

12-15 years+ experienced and Good hands-on expert profiles, Good communicator, Good (ON&OFF) Team player, Good collaborator with stakeholder.
role is focused on solution design while also building and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 
Analyse business processes and identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility and recommend new approaches typically seeking to exploit new technology components.

Understand business and technical requirements and translate these into a technical solutions
Analyse business processes and identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility and recommend new approaches typically seeking to exploit new technology components.
Model processes, architecture, data structures and information required to support their clients projects
Develop enterprise-grade information architecture and processes which truly utilise and realise the value of salesforce.com application technology
Ensure both business strategy and technological direction is aligned
Take a collaborative role in developing and enforce a set of architecture and development libraries and whitepapers
Set standards for programming tools and techniques and advise on their application and compliance
Design integrations between SFMC products and the clients architecture
Support project managers in all stages of the software development process
Assign work through the correct communication channels to technical consultants and monitor performance providing advice, guidance and assistance
Oversight of the development and configuration of SFMC solution and ensuring quality delivery.

Qualifications
Expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud product set including SFMC, Datorama, Social Studio, Pardot, Intercation Studio, Customer 360 Audiences
Familiar with several areas of Salesforce and the Force.com Platform e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com
Previous experience as a consultant or developer in SFMC and related technologies
Ability to show integration and security design principles
Enterprise architecture experience
The ability to translate business requirements into technical design documents and to take these design documents and communicate them to developers
Experience working in an Agile project environment
SFMC Certifications ideally including Developer and Consultant
Solid experience of HTML,CSS, and JavaScript
