Job Description

Client Location - Bentonville (Arkansas), Seattle (WA), Sunnyvale (CA), Hoboken (NJ/NY), Atlanta (GA), Dallas (TX)

The role of Marketing Cloud Architect will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and optimization of the digital channels, including promotional and service communications and cross channel journeys with a focus on driving deepened customer relationships. This person will be aligned to product area(s) and will use customer insights, channel best practices and test and learn results to improve our communications and deliver a more robust experience that drives business results and enables a flawless customer experience.

Expert-level understanding of digital marketing channels, customer journey mapping, and how digital channels interacts with each other to improve the customer engagement

Experience leading digital channel campaigns, including being a champion of best practices, defining the targeting and test plan strategy, coordinating execution partners and using engagement and business metrics to determine effectiveness of communications and make go forward recommendations

Experience working with data & analytics teams and technology teams to build and launch new capabilities to test and deploy communications

Be responsible for the ownership and management of a significant portion of the marketing technology stack, tools, and relevant integrations, including Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud

Working across stakeholders for requirements during implementation

Content governance / process ownership once live
