Key Responsibilities
Marketing Cloud Development: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Content Builder.
Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns and email communications, ensuring effective customer engagement and personalized experiences.
Data Management: Integrate and manage data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data extensions, data imports, and segmentation.
Automation and Scripting: Develop and manage automation workflows and scripts using AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, stakeholders, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of campaigns and automations.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, with hands-on experience in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and other Marketing Cloud tools.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and HTML/CSS for email development.
Strong understanding of data management and integration within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience with CRM data, audience segmentation, and personalization.
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
