  • Act as back up-Front end Dev for SFMC to support Campaign development and deployments.
  • Make sure our production and lower environments align to facilitate testing.
  • Assist the engineering teams with debugging transactional communications.
  • Be the subject matter expert on all things Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Developer Cloud.
  • Experience with CRM campaign automation tools (i.e. SFMC, Adobe Campaign)
  • Understand and establish connections between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other parts of the Salesforce ecosystem, including core CRM (Service/Sales Cloud)
  • Analyze and report results that will drive further optimization for customers email, mobile, web, API's and advertising performances.
  • Thorough screening in the initial requirement gathering sessions and converting them into the technical requirements.
  • Identify resources needed to build the solution for identified problem.
  • Gather teams to document requirements and draft Jira stories.
  • Align with engineering resources to complete the highest value work.
  • Convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and team members.
  • Build project plans and timelines that account for contingencies before they arise.
