Act as back up-Front end Dev for SFMC to support Campaign development and deployments.
Make sure our production and lower environments align to facilitate testing.
Assist the engineering teams with debugging transactional communications.
Be the subject matter expert on all things Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Developer Cloud.
Experience with CRM campaign automation tools (i.e. SFMC, Adobe Campaign)
Understand and establish connections between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other parts of the Salesforce ecosystem, including core CRM (Service/Sales Cloud)
Analyze and report results that will drive further optimization for customers email, mobile, web, API's and advertising performances.
Thorough screening in the initial requirement gathering sessions and converting them into the technical requirements.
Identify resources needed to build the solution for identified problem.
Gather teams to document requirements and draft Jira stories.
Align with engineering resources to complete the highest value work.
Convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and team members.
Build project plans and timelines that account for contingencies before they arise.
