with strong experience in Salesforce related requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping and creating stories/acceptance criteria.

Work with product owners and business partners to understand current state and changes needed

" Facilitate requirements capturing and user story grooming sessions with partners and document user-stories with clear acceptance criteria

" Work with other interface teams including the data, architecture, support teams and be a crucial liaison in iteratively developing and maturing the system

" Ability to work with and collaborate within the core team as well as with partner teams

" Strong communication skills and curiosity mind set

" Ability to use data to help advise strategy and direction

" Intellectual agility and interpersonal flexibility

" Data mining skills

" Strong written and verbal communication skills

" Strong analytical abilities

" Experience in business, system, data analysis is required

" Mortgage Industry or Financial Services experience is preferred
