We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Omnistudio Developer with expertise in Financial Services Cloud to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and implement innovative Salesforce solutions using Omnistudio, transforming business requirements into technical outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Omnistudio, effectively transforming business requirements into technical outputs.
2. Interpret wireframes and deliver desired system functionality.
3. Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure understanding and satisfaction of project requirements.
4. Collaborate with a highly distributed team across the UK, CEE, and Argentina.
5. Work autonomously on assigned projects, adapting to changing priorities, anticipating potential issues, and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
6. Ensure all developments adhere to Salesforce best practices, company standards, and stay up-to-date with new technologies in Salesforce Omnistudio platforms.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Omnistudio and Financial Services Cloud
- Strong understanding of Financial Services Cloud capabilities and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Omnistudio Developer, Financial Services Cloud) preferred
- Based in India, willing to work in the Europe time zone (GMT/BST/CET)
