Description

Responsibilities:
Managing vendor platform interactions.
Oversight of offshore team activities including issue resolution, implementing new workflows, configurations, etc.
Working in 2-3 week sprints using Agile methodologies.
Conducting daily stand-up meetings with the offshore team and Product Owner.
Managing the demand backlog and contributing to product management activities.
Proficiency in creating reports using Wizard reports.
Facilitating discussions with offshore development teams.
Leading end-of-sprint demos and engaging with business units.
Collaborating with various teams for internal Disney system integrations (ex: payment platforms, Incognito)
Solution design involvement with a focus on the overall development strategy.
Salesforce Lightning administration rights for the application.

Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of overall experience.
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with Salesforce platform modules, especially Service Cloud.
Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding both technical and business discussions.
Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools for task prioritization
