Salesforce Product Manager / Scrum Master

Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills • Experience Managing product development cycle from wire framing to successful product launch.( 8+ years) • Product Management • Agile/Collaborative Methods • UX Design Management • Change Management and Negotiations • Healthcare, Life Sciences • Some experience as Project Manager/ Scrum Master experience is helpful • Health Cloud Product Manager experience a Plus • Knowledge of Provider Network Management is a huge Plus • Agile/Scrum Framework • Health Cloud and Provider domain experience is a plus • Experience working with Payers/Health Insurance companies • Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for healthcare processes and specific industry standards, works with PO and Architects to help translate client requests to technical solutions • Ability to influence product roadmap and product feature selection. • Work closely with PO to document new features as stories to enhance the product. Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality capabilities is required. • Strong understanding of Salesforce out of the box versus custom solutions • Prior experience as an Administrator is a plus  Certifications Preferred: Salesforce Certified Admin and other relevant certifications
