Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own the roadmap, deployment, and effectiveness of products and solutions built on the Salesforce platform and used by client Business partner managers.
  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for productivity, automation, improved customer experience, and risk reduction.
  • Present written recommendations, requirements, and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders, facilitating prioritization and influencing the roadmap.
  • Implement and apply Product management best practices across large, complex solutions.
  • Align closely with Salesforce development, UX/UI, and administration teams to ensure new processes or process changes are critical, relevant, understood, and supported.
  • Develop business and system requirements interfacing with customers at all levels, gathering requirements and feedback with a well-rounded technical background.
  • Challenge, recommend, and redirect teams as well as client expectations, building consensus for successful product and program delivery.
  • Deal with ambiguity to develop solutions that work for stakeholders from various disciplines.
  • Balance business needs versus technical and operational constraints.
  • Provide excellent end-user documentation and training on the tools developed.

Education

Any graduate
