Job Description:
Single point of contact for Salesforce engagement team.
Manages the project plan & schedule with Salesforce professional services project manager.
Post Implementation
Plans and manages all activities related to Salesforce
Manages request process for new campaigns
On the business side. Standard PM/Scrum Master.
Driving Salesforce data backup and archival program in partnership with the COE team.
Assist in coordinating and driving data residency conversations with senior leadership to gain alignment on local regulations, timelines and solution alignment.
Interacting with subject matter experts to define repeatable implementation processes and requirements.
Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Experience working on programs to define and build cloud-native software products as a platform at scale
Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
Demonstrated soft skills, including experience in facilitation, diplomacy, and conflict resolution.
Ability to interact with internal and external customers to interpret business requirements.
Ability to understand and interact with technically oriented team members.
Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience
SCRUM experience
Demonstrable project planning tools experience
Ability to effectively communicate cross-organizationally and work well in a team, fast-paced environment.

Managing the review of software tools to meet business needs.
Provides program oversite, drives project deliverables across all phases of the project lifecycle, coordinates all functional areas and ensures suppliers deliver.
Develops and manages project timelines.
Manages issues, escalations, and communications in a timely and accurate manner per the defined governance model.
Responsible for measuring project actuals versus plan, project budget tracking, delivery vendor contract management and procurement.
Any Graduate
