We are actively seeking a skilled Salesforce Manual QA professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our Salesforce applications through comprehensive manual testing processes. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough manual testing of Salesforce applications to ensure they meet established quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
  • Execute test cases, document results, and provide detailed reports on test outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with developers and other QA team members to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize Copado for version control and streamline the release management process.
  • Stay informed about the latest updates and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem to continuously enhance testing strategies.
  • Actively participate in the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce manual testing.
  • Skills:Proficient in manual testing methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM testing.
  • Experience with Copado for version control and release management.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot issues with a keen attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

 

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
