Description

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Releases: Ensure timely delivery of quality releases for customer engagements.
  • Testing Best Practices: Work with a team of Salesforce QA engineers and testers to establish and continually improve testing best practices.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with the development team to ensure:
    • All bug fixes are checked-in.
    • Environments are stable and ready for use.
    • Ongoing and open communication with customers.
    • Releases are properly tested, documented, and validated.
  • Test Strategies: Define test strategies, plans, test cases, tasks, and estimates, and execute tests to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Test Plans: Develop, implement, maintain, and enhance test plans, scripts, and methodologies to ensure compliance with system specifications.
  • Investigations: Perform in-depth investigations into quality issues, discover root causes, and work closely with the development team to develop solutions.
  • Test Specifications: Collaborate with software developers to develop test specifications and build test cases for rigorous product functionality testing.
  • Functional Testing: Write functional test scripts, conduct functional testing, capture test results, and validate defect fixes.
  • Reporting: Own and deliver overall process and reporting, including test results, analysis reports, logs, and key metrics.
  • Sprint Planning: Actively participate in design and sprint planning sessions, providing QA perspective inputs.
  • Progress Reports: Produce reports on testing progress for internal and external stakeholders.

Experience Required:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Salesforce Experience: 5+ years of experience with Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud) and quality assurance, especially in B2B implementations.
  • Telecom Domain: Strong telecom domain experience, including network products.
  • Testing Methodologies: Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test case development, and the software development life cycle.
  • Test Software & Tools: Strong experience with test software and tools, such as Jira.
  • Testing Experience: Extensive experience with manual functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, user acceptance, automated, and smoke testing.
  • Problem-Solving: Tenacious skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Dynamic Environment: Proven delivery experience in a fast-moving, dynamic startup environment.
  • Team Orientation: Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent.

Desired:

  • Test Automation: Experience working with test automation platforms, such as Selenium and Python.
  • Salesforce Configuration: Experience configuring Salesforce.
  • Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant).
