Skillset

• Ability to perform admin functions such as user management, profile configuration, data management, etc

• Experience with Salesforce development involving the creation of custom objects and fields and their relationship with standard objects

• Experience in developing visual force pages in salesforce • Experience with APEX programming in salesforce

• Experience in J2EE/Java

• Experience in migration from sandboxes to production, validating deployments, resolving deployment issues

• Experience in creating complex reports and dashboards in salesforce

• Experience in setting up user profiles/roles and organizing hierarchies and security models in salesforce

• Experience in developing custom workflow rules, time-based workflows, process builder flows, batch processes, triggers in Salesforce

• Experience in integrating with Salesforce with other custom systems

• Experience in writing REST APIs in Salesforce

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using Salesforce Lightning Connect


Essential Requirements

• Skilled in Sales Cloud and Salesforce Platform with at least 3 implementations with hands-on experience (3+ years Salesforce experience)

• Salesforce Certified PD1, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

• Skilled UI developer (LWC, CSS, JS)

• Experience with Salesforce deployment processes and tools

• Expert in Salesforce development, integration, and extension, features, designing solutions, using Force.com

API, APEX, Visualforce, and other tools that extend the product

• Ability to establish effective working relationships and contribute to a team environment

• Experience in engaging with global clients/client teams.

• Decent communication and presentation skills; demonstrated success in building buy-in for an innovative, bold, strategic vision.

• Self-driven, ability to work independently to develop and execute strategies with minimal supervision
